- 3 Large Portobello Mushrooms
- 2 Green Onions
- Red, Yellow, Orange Bell Peppers (one of each)
- Olive Oil
Mixing Your Goods:
Wash mushrooms and pat dry. Place mushrooms, face down on a cookie sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper and put in oven at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. While mushrooms cook, dice your onion and peppers. Pull mushrooms from oven and flip over, add your onion and pepper mixute to the caps and drizzle with olive oil and salt and pepper. Bake for another 10 minutes and boom, you’ve got lunch… or dinner!
