- 3 Cups shredded green cabbage
- 1 Cup shredded red cabbage
- 1 Cup grated carrot
- 3 tbsp vegan mayonnaise (such as Veganaise or JustMayo)
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp celery seed
Mixing your Goods:
Put the cabbage and carrot in a large bowl and toss to combine.
In a small bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients – vegan mayo, Dijon, rice vinegar and celery seed.
Pour dressing over cabbage and toss.
Will keep for 2 day in refrigerator.
